I am Managing Partner of Better Boards – the company that has taken board audits, reviews and board development programmes to the next level. I started my career in Management Consultancy with A.T. Kearney and Monitor Company in London. My desire to reach beyond the PowerPoint slide has led me into Executive Coaching and working with London Business School in their Executive Education Programmes.

I established The Coaching Centre in Germany. Together with my colleagues, we were sought after 'sparring partner’ to boards and executives in DAX30, large national/international organisations, Private Equity and Professional Service firms.

Over the years I realised the impact boards have on an organisation. In fact, where I was sitting as a trusted advisor you could clearly see that an organisation is always the mirror of the issues of an executive and governing board. As I was invited into more and more board rooms my interest in creating more effective boards grew. I conducted extensive research in the area and developed an evidence-based approach that is peer reviewed, published and proved to generate remarkable results far beyond the board room. I could go on but do not wish to bore you with details.
