Uma Chigurupati is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Granules India Limited. She holds more than three decades of experience across various fields of corporate functions. She co-founded Triton Laboratories Private Limited in 1984, which was later amalgamated with Granules India Limited.
She is also the Chairperson of FICCI FLO, Hyderabad and had taken up many initiatives to empower women at both grass root and at the white collar level and the Director of KRSMA Estates Private Limited, one of India’s premier boutique wineries and the President of Ikebana International, Hyderabad Chapter.
Prior to this, She was the Chairperson of the Hyderabad 10K Foundation, which promotes health awareness for the citizens of Hyderabad particularly women through multiple initiatives including different runs in the city. An avid marathoner, she holds a rare distinction of running marathons in all the continents as well as the North Pole. She earned a mention in the Guinness Book of World Records along with her husband Mr. Krishna Prasad for being the only couple to complete marathons in Antarctica as well as the North Pole.

Deepthi Ravula is the CEO of WE HUB (Women Entrepreneurs HUB), A Government of Telangana initiative for promoting and fostering Women Entrepreneurship in Telangana and across India.
She is an Electronics Engineer by profession and passion and has 15 years of experience working in USA with Palm, Nokia, Atheros, Qualcomm, LitePoint, Teradyne among others in RF Communication roles. She joined the Government of Telangana as a Joint Director for Electronics in 2016 and has been appointed as CEO of WE Hub since inception in 2017.
She is a strong proponent of Girls in STE(A)M, Empowerment through economic enablement, Women in Leadership roles and Women in Decision making spaces. She is working towards creating a work environment that is gender diverse and on constructing economic independence mechanisms as a tool for Women Enablement.

Rajeshwari Bhattacharyya, Co-Founder & Global Head, Percipere. She has around 3 decades of work experience across various sectors from Financial services, Insurance and Media. She has managed critical portfolios in Operations, Process engineering and Technology with SHCIL, IL&FS;, SBI Life Insurance, Principal Financials and Times of India Group.
She has co-founded new age Process Mining product company Futuroot, and also play an advisory role in the Blockchain arena as part of the ICOA group within BCM Guru.
Prior to this, she lead managing the Technology strategy of the TOI group as part of a 4 member committee including managing Technology Operations for the biggest radio station in the Country. She was instrumental in expanding the Radio network from a 7 station presence in India to over 100 stations network across the globe, including the traditional radio and digital radio.
She also supports Oscar Foundation, an NGO for education of the underprivileged and for community development, in her Board Advisory role.
She is a qualified Cost Accountant, management graduate from INSEAD with certification in Cyber Security from Harvard University, a Certified Ethical Hacker and Blockchain certification from Blockchain Council and Linux Foundation.

She brings deep experience in developing, leading and implementing strategy & priority initiatives, enabling business planning, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, delivering business insights, and people development.
At T-Hub, she is focused on creating a robust ecosystem for early-stage start-ups to help accelerate their growth by bringing together start-ups, corporates. investors and other ecosystem players. She drives alignment across business units for achieving business objectives, creates enabling processes and drives excellence through identification and execution of high priority initiatives.

Dharitri Patnaik is the Chairperson of Diversified Energy Solutions Private Limited, a fast growing infrastructure company implementing various large scale industrial projects in Eastern India. Her startup company Jivada Ventures Private Limited is developing a chain of boutique wellness resort. She is also the Founding Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter, India’s largest women’s chamber of commerce.
She has more than two decades of experience working to empower some of the most vulnerable sections of the society, including women, children, and underprivileged people of India. She has worked with global institutions like UNICEF, ActionAid International, CARE USA, UN Women, Water Health and Bernard van Leer Foundation globally. In 2014, she founded Humara Bachpan Trust- which works with people living in poverty spread over multiple cities and villages. In 2017, she launched another new initiative called SAMBHAVI- Women’s empowerment with enterprise and employability.
Her organization Humara Bachpan Trust won an international award as the Best Youth Act by Peace Jam Foundation One Billion Acts and she won the Inspire Award in 2020 for leadership. She was felicitated by Ministry of MSME, Govt of India in 2020 for being a successful woman entrepreneur and mentoring other women. She was also awarded the John Kenneth Galbraith Fellowship in Harvard.

Vaishali Neotia is the cofounder & CEO of Merxius, a deep tech company at the forefront of Extended Reality Innovation for the Metaverse, from India. Their Product RED is a No-code software for creating machine training/maintenance sequences in XR (Extended Reality).
She also cofounded Gold Collar Inc., an AI startup in the Manufacturing sector, accelerated by Silicon Valley based - The Alchemist. She is also a consultant for Ashoka-Innovators for the Public.
