Mr. Sundaresan currently serves as the Executive Director at SEBI. He has over 30 years of experience in the securities market and currently heads SEBI’s Market Regulation and Information Technology departments. He oversees policy making, administration, and supervision of stock exchanges, clearing corporations, and depositories, along with SEBI's cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

Mr. Ramakrishnan currently serves as the Executive Director in the Department of Capital Markets at the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). A qualified Company Secretary, he brings over two decades of experience from his distinguished tenure at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), where he served as General Manager. During his time at SEBI, he played a key role in managing the Department of Debt and Hybrid Securities, and earlier, he oversaw the Compliance and Monitoring Division. Prior to his regulatory career, Mr. Ramakrishnan was associated with Madras Fertilizers and Kothari Petrochemicals as well.

Mr. Malhotra, with over 36 years of experience, is the Global Business Unit Head for Fluoropolymers at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL). He leads GFL's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiatives and drives digital transformation through IT, CRM, and digitalization efforts. He also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Indian Chemical Council-Northern Region and the Chemical and Petrochemical Chapter of ASSOCHAM. His expertise spans business development and new application development, making him a key leader in the industry.

Mr. Jamal is a London-based ESG and sustainable finance specialist with over 20 years of experience. He spent 10 years in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services in Canada, the UK, and globally, holding roles such as VP, Global Network Coordinator, and COO & Director. He is a member of the Sustainability Committee at ICAEW, the Advisory Council for the Centre for Building Sustainable Value (Ivey Business School), and the Research Advisory Council for the Institute for Sustainable Finance (Smith School of Business).

Mr. G. Sanjeevi, a Chartered Accountant (All India Ranker) and IIM Ahmedabad MBA (1987), has over 30 years of experience in finance and commercial roles across consumer businesses, financial services, retail, and pharma in Asia and Europe. He has worked in India, Dubai, Singapore, and London. Before joining The Indian Hotels Company Limited, he was CFO for South Asia and Business Head for multiple countries at Merck & Co. Giri began his career at ITC Ltd, held senior roles at IL&FS, and was Global Business Development Director at Diageo, covering M&A and Strategy.

Prof. (Dr) Colin Coulson-Thomas, President of the Institute of Management Services and Director-General of IOD India for UK and Europe operations. He has helped directors in over 40 countries to improve board and corporate performance. An experienced director and board chair, he leads the International Governance Initiative of the Order of St Lazarus, is Chancellor of the School for the Creative Arts, Director-General, IOD India, UK and Europe, Chair of United Learning's Audit and Risk Committee. Honorary Professor at Aston University, Distinguished Professor at SRISIIM, Visiting Professor of Direction and Leadership at Lincoln International Business School and an Advisory Board Member of Bridges of Sports and the Arvind Foundation, The author of over 60 books and reports, he has held various public appointments and professorial roles in Europe, North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, India and China. Educated at the LSE, London Business School, UNISA, USC and the Universities of Aston and Chicago, A fellow of seven chartered bodies, Colin is a prize winner in final exams of three professions.

Dr. Jukanovich is the Managing Partner of Ambactus Global Solutions and is the Board Coach & Faculty at the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust. She is the co-author of the book ‘The Culturally Conscious Boards’.
