Dr. Vinod Surana is the CEO and Managing Partner of Surana & Surana International Attorneys, a globally recognized law firm headquartered in Chennai, India. Dr C. Velan is currently working as CEO in CEEBROS Group, Chennai since April 2024. He was working as City Head – Chennai Operations at Ascendas India (CapitaLand India) for over 10 years and as ED & CEO at Ramanujan IT City (part of Tata Realty Infrastructure Limited) for over 10 years. He is also working as Professor of Practice at Anna University and part of Executive Board in Indian Green Building Council which promotes Green Buildings and Carbon neutral initiatives. He is also Convenor of Chapter 12 of NBC 2025 amendment.
Sandeep Dhingra is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with 30+ years of global experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, risk, and business transformation. A strategic CFO and board-level leader, he specializes in scaling and optimizing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Shared Services for multinational corporations.
Sandeep has led large, multicultural teams across India, China, Romania, Poland, South Africa, and Costa Rica, managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and complex M&A integrations. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective decision-making. A trusted advisor to CXOs and boards, he also mentors start-ups and collaborates with academic institutions as a guest expert.
Seasoned Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience driving IT transformation and managing technology as a strategic profit center. Proven expertise in building IT businesses, delivering end-to-end enterprise application solutions, and aligning technology with business goals. Currently leading the global rollout of the iSteer Application across 1,000 businesses in 10 languages.
A Software Engineer and Certified Financial Manager (ICMA, USA), with advanced management training from IPFW (USA) and certifications in Insurance Services (AICPCU, IIA), he brings deep consulting experience with global organizations including GE, HP, Longaberger, BroadVision, Turbo-Luft Technik AG, and IRCTC.
Specialized in project lifecycle management, requirement analysis, design, QA, and Six Sigma methodologies (Green & Black Belt). Key accomplishments include leading IRCTC’s payment gateway integrations and developing a secure double verification system for transaction validation. Skilled in offshore business setup, cross-functional leadership, and delivering scalable, multilingual enterprise solutions across industries such as insurance, finance, travel, and retail.
A founding member of AddAptech, this executive brings over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition, with deep expertise in executive search across technology and digital sectors. Known for successfully placing C-level and senior leaders across industries like SaaS, AI, life sciences, e-commerce, and NGOs.
Previously a Partner at global executive search firm Stanton Chase, this professional led assignments in leadership assessment, succession planning, board advisory, and culture evaluation across India and Singapore. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and leading high-performance research teams.

He brings over 28 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost and Management Accountant, with multiple certifications across various domains. He is also a Registered Valuer under the Income Tax Act, bringing specialized expertise in asset and business valuation.
He serves as a Director at 3i Advisory, a consultancy firm that provides integrated solutions across business, finance, and legal matters. His core competencies include valuation, insolvency law, cross-border transactions, forensic accounting, and tax litigation. He has successfully represented clients before various statutory authorities and tribunals, and has delivered technical training to numerous business houses.
He is also a Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, sharing his knowledge on finance, governance, and regulatory practices.
