Mr. S. Santhanakrishnan comes with four decades of specialised experience in Accounting and Finance, Strategy and Planning and acquisitions with International exposure. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Managing Partner of PKF Sridhar and Santhanam LLP, Chartered Accountants. He was involved with the Central Council of ICAI for 15 years till 2015 and has served in various committees of the Institute. Including Accounting standards board Mr. Santhanakrishnan is also on the Boards of various companies. He is actively involved with multiple government and industry bodies and has been a member of High-level Committee on CSR formed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. In addition, he was also a Government Nominee in the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Mr. Ramasundaram has over four decades of experience spanning public and private sectors. He has served as an esteemed leader in diverse roles, including as a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer and Joint Secretary at the Department of Commerce. Post-retirement from the IAS in 2010, he assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO at Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited, navigating complex challenges. His advisory contributions to prominent entities like Hyundai Motor India and Essar Group underscore his expertise in government relations and policy. Notably, he steered ReNew Power as President, driving growth in India's renewable energy landscape. Passionate about innovation and social impact, he has pioneered impactful models, notably in HIV prevention, earning recognition and publication. He is equipped with a Master of Science degree from Loyola College, Chennai, and accolades like the MacArthur Foundation Fellowship, showcase his commitment to excellence and societal betterment. He is currently serving as President – Corporate Affairs of Hero Future Energies (HFE).

Mr. Gopalan Srinivasan is an Independent Director of Medi Assist. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a fellow of the Federation of Insurance Institutes. He was previously the Chairman cum MD of United India Insurance Company Limited and chairman cum managing director for the New India Assurance Company Limited.

Mr. Gurumoorthy Mahalingam brings a rich experience of over four decades and is a stalwart in the financial industry. His scope of experience spans financial market development, securities market regulation, debt and forex management, as well as regulation and supervision of banks. He serves on the boards of notable organisations including Central Depository Services (India) Limited, Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited, and City Union Bank Limited.

Mr. Mahalingam has previously worked in the capacity of Chief Dealer and Executive Director in-charge (Reserve Bank of India) - Forex Market Interventions; Management of Forex Reserves; Rupee Liquidity Policy and Operations. He is widely acknowledged for playing an instrumental role in framing various financial market regulations for the RBI.

He has effectively served as a Whole-Time Board Member of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) between the period of 2016 and 2021, carrying out executive responsibility for regulating mutual funds, stock exchanges, listed companies, foreign portfolio investors, corporate governance aspects, derivatives and corporate bond markets, besides supervising investigations and enforcement actions in regard to violations of securities laws and regulations.

Mr. Mahalingam is currently chairing the SEBI Advisory Committee on Secondary Markets and the Corporate Bond market. He is a post-graduate in Statistics and Operations Research from IIT Kanpur, and an MBA in International Banking and Finance from the Birmingham Business School in the United Kingdom, he began his career as a commercial banker with the State Bank of India in 1978.
