Mr. Ovais Sarmad served the United Nations Climate Change secretariat (UNFCCC) – COP23 to COP 27. He guided the process-related and operational aspects of five COPs, including through the uncertainties of COVID-19 pandemic, completion of Paris Agreement implementation guidelines, finalization of Article 6 at Glasgow and the establishment of Loss & Damage fund at Sharm-el-Sheikh. Prior to UNFCCC, he served as Chief of Staff to the Director General at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where he worked in several management and policy development roles capacities over a period of 27 years. Prior to IOM, he worked in the private and public sectors in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) & Chartered Global Management Accountant (GCMA) in 1988 after having graduated from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, as a Bachelor of Commerce in 1982.

Prof. Rangan Banerjee is currently the Director, IIT Delhi. From February 2022 he is on lien from IIT Bombay where he served as the Forbes Marshall Chair Professor in the Department of Energy Science and Engineering - a Department that he helped start in 2007. His areas of interest include energy management, modelling of energy systems, energy planning and policy, hydrogen energy and fuel cells.
Prof. Rangan Banerjee currently serves on the editorial board of International Journal of Sustainable Energy, International Journal of Sustainable Engineering, International Journal of Thermodynamics, Solar Energy Advances, Global Transitions (Energy Transitions). He has been involved in setting up a megawatt scale Solar Thermal Power Testing, Simulation, Research Facility sponsored by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and is the faculty advisor of Team Shunya- India’s first student team in the Solar Decathlon Europe finals. He has been involved in advising the city, state regulatory commission and energy agency, Niti Aayog, MNRE on energy issues and worked with several Indian and international industries.
Prof. Banerjee has been the Dean (R&D) and received the Excellence in Teaching Award from IIT Bombay and is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering. Prof. Banerjee is also an Adjunct faculty (Honorary) in the Department of Engineering & Public Policy, Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms Sunita Garware is the daughter of Maj Gen Ranbir Bakhshi who was Director and then Chairman at Raphael Ryder Cheshire International Centre (for the relief of suffering) and devoted over 30 years of his life to the organization.
Ms Garware stayed in close touch with Raphael over the years and after her father passed away, she joined the Governing Council as a member in 2007. Being sincerely committed to the noble cause, her family has been regular donors to Raphael. She has travelled extensively, and has rich experience to contribute to socio-economic causes. On 1 April 23, she took over as Chairperson of the Governing Council.

Shaji K. V. assumed charge as Chairman of NABARD on 7th December 2022. Prior to this, he was serving as Deputy Managing Director, NABARD since 21st May 2020 and was instrumental in implementing initiatives like software based supervisory inspection, Data-warehouse, process re-engineering and improvement in the risk management practices besides conceptualising the ambitious scheme of computerising Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (PACS). He also steered the crucial Department of Refinance which recorded an all-time high business level in FY 2021-22 and the Finance Department of NABARD.
Before joining NABARD, he worked in Canara Bank in various capacities for 26 years. He has got extensive Board level experience for about 10 years in various organisations viz., National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Canara Bank Securities Ltd., besides being the Chairman of Kerala Gramin Bank, the then largest Regional Rural Bank of the country, and also of NABKISAN Finance Ltd., a subsidiary of NABARD.

Justice M N Venkatachaliah, National Chairman of Executive Council of Institute of Directors, was a former Chief Justice of India. He was Chairman of the Human Rights Commission. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and in Law from the University of Mysore. He commenced general practice of law in the year 1951, and was appointed Permanent Judge of the High Court of Karnataka w.e.f. 6.11.1975 and Judge of the Supreme Court of India w.e.f. 5.10.1987. Subsequently, he was appointed Chief Justice of India w.e.f. 12.2.1993 and retired on 24.10.1994. He was 25th Chief Justice of India. Even after his retirement; he has continued to work on anti-corruption and human rights issues, including support for the launch of the Initiatives of Change Centre for Governance.

Mohammed Anzy S is the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Labs India, SAP’s largest Research and Development center outside its headquarters in Germany. Anzy overseas business operations across three locations of SAP Labs India-Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. He has been with SAP for the last 15 years, and handled multiple roles across Development, Consulting, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship functions assisting customers and partners to scale their businesses through technology and process interventions. He believes in the power of an open innovation culture. He was the founder director for SAP Startup Studio, SAP’s first inhouse accelerator, building scale and growth for the program ever since it was established in 2016. In his latest role, Anzy was the Vice President and Head of Engineering for SAP Excise Tax Management. He was also part of the NASSCOM Product Council between 2019-2021. Anzy is passionate about new ventures and startups.

MRPL operates an Aromatic Complex, a petrochemical unit capable of producing 0.905 MMTPA of Para Xylene and 0.273 MMTPA of Benzene. This Aromatic Complex is situated in the Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ) and is fully integrated with MRPL. MRPL has Two Captive Jetties in NMPT, Single Point Mooring Facility, While Oil Loading Facility, Rail Wagon Loading Silo for Petcoke, and Truck Loading Silos for Petcoke. MRPL is having Marketing Infrastructure Depots in Kasargod (Kerala), Hindupur (AP), and Hosur (TN). Shell MRPL Aviation Fuels and Services Limited (SMA) is a 50:50 joint venture between MRPL and Shell Gas B.V. (Shell), a step-down subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell Plc, Netherlands markets aviation turbine fuel (ATF) to airlines, both domestic as well as international carriers.
