Prof. (Dr.) Philip Kotler is an American marketing author, consultant, and professor; the S. C. Johnson & Son Distinguished Professor of International Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (1962–2018). He is known for popularizing the definition of marketing mix. He is the author of over 80 books, including Marketing Management, Principles of Marketing, Kotler on Marketing, Marketing Insights from A to Z, Marketing 4.0, Marketing Places, Marketing of Nations, Chaotics, Market Your Way to Growth, Winning Global Markets, Strategic Marketing for Health Care Organizations, Social Marketing, Social Media Marketing, My Adventures in Marketing, Up and Out of Poverty, and Winning at Innovation. Prof. Kotler describes strategic marketing as serving as "the link between society's needs and its pattern of industrial response."

He helped create the field of social marketing that focuses on helping individuals and groups modify their behaviors toward healthier and safer living styles. He also created the concept of "demarketing" to aid in the task of reducing the level of demand. He also developed the concepts of "prosumers," "atmospherics," and "societal marketing." He is regarded as, "The Father of Modern Marketing" by many scholars.

His latest work focuses on economic justice and the shortcomings of capitalism. He published Confronting Capitalism: Real Solutions for a Troubled Economic System in 2015, Democracy in Decline: Rebuilding its Future in 2016, "Advancing the Common Good" in 2019, and Brand Activism: From Purpose to Action in 2018.

Prof. (Judge) Mervyn E. King SC is a Senior Counsel and former Judge of the Supreme Court of South Africa. He is Professor Extraordinaire at the University of South Africa on Corporate Citizenship, Honorary Professor at the University of Pretoria and Visiting Professor at Rhodes University.

He has an honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand, is Chairman of the King Committee on Corporate Governance in South Africa, which produced King I, II and III, and is First Vice President of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa.

He is Chair Emeritus of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Chairman Emeritus of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the World Bank on Corporate Governance. He chaired the United Nations Committee on Governance and Oversight and was President of the Advertising Standards Authority for 15 years.

He has been a chairman, director and chief executive of several companies listed on the London, Luxembourg and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. He has consulted, advised and spoken on legal, business, advertising, sustainability and corporate governance issues in 53 countries and has received many awards. He is the author of two books on governance and sustainability and sits as an arbitrator and mediator internationally.

Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta is a 1988 batch IAS officer from J&K cadre, originally from the state of Bihar. He has done B.Tech from IIT Delhi, followed by M.Tech. in Civil Engineering & Ph.D.

Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta was empaneled for a central government position as a Secretary in the Governmnet of India in 2020. Mr Mehta, who was earlier serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Forest and Climate Change, assumed his J&K mission in December 2018.

CA. (Dr.) Debashis Mitra is the President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Serving his third term in the Council of ICAI, he has been serving the accounting profession for last more than thirty-four years. Dr. Mitra, a senior practicing member, is also a Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, Law graduate and a qualified Information Systems Auditor. Dr. Graham Wilson is a behavioural scientist and psychotherapist, who writes and speaks on leadership, management, personnel, and organizational development. He is an executive confidant and facilitator, conference rapporteur, and a lecturer with the Oxfordshire Business and Enterprise School. He is chair of two charities, executive lead for research in the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Coaching division, and project manager for research for the RLSS UK (Royal Life Saving Society).
