He was the standing counsel for the Official Liquidator attached to High Court of Delhi for 6 years handling many large-scale cases of corporate insolvency and liquidation.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He holds two Master of Laws degree, one from India and a Master of Laws degree in International Bankruptcy from USA. He is also an Insolvency Professional.
