About the Convention

Today, boardrooms stand at the crossroads of unprecedented change and opportunity. Responding to the growing aspirations of the IOD Global Boardroom Community, the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, in partnership with TRISTAR Group (UAE) as the Title Partner, has launched the prestigious TRISTAR–IOD National Convention Series on 'Boards' (2026–27) across India's leading metropolitan cities.

Upon the resounding success of the Inaugural Convention in Chennai, and the subsequent Convention in Mumbai, this landmark initiative seeks to bring together directors, board leaders, policymakers, regulators, industry experts, and governance professionals to deliberate on the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the boardrooms of the future finally in Hyderabad.

The Convention will honour distinguished IODGlobal Driving Excellence Award for Leadership (IDEAL) winners and IOD Life Members for their contribution to corporate governance and leadership excellence followed by a Banquet Dinner.
