H.E. Yashvardhan Kumar Sinha, IFS (Retd.), is a distinguished Indian diplomat with over three decades of experience across critical geopolitical theatres. A 1981-batch officer of the Indian Foreign Service, he has served as India’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (2016–2018) and Sri Lanka, and as Ambassador to Venezuela. His diplomatic career includes key postings in Cairo, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Islamabad, providing him with deep regional insight across West Asia and the subcontinent.
At the Ministry of External Affairs, he served as Head of the Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran (PAI) Division, where he played an important role in shaping India’s strategic engagement with the region, including extensive interactions with Iran.
Post-retirement, he served as Central Information Commissioner (2019) and Chief Information Commissioner of India (2020–2023), contributing significantly to strengthening transparency and governance. He is widely respected for his expertise in geopolitics, diplomacy, and public policy.
Robert Maciejko is a globally experienced AI strategist, board advisor, and business leader with a distinguished track record across leading consulting and academic institutions. He is the Founder of the Board AI Institute, where he advises boards and senior executives on governing artificial intelligence as a strategic asset, with a focus on value creation, risk oversight, and responsible adoption.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles at premier global firms including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Oliver Wyman, where he built and scaled high-impact business practices. A graduate of Princeton University and an MBA from INSEAD, he remains actively engaged with INSEAD’s global AI and alumni ecosystem.
Mr. Maciejko is also a Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), USA. Widely recognised as a board-level operator, he is a sought-after thought leader on AI governance and has been featured in leading global publications including WSJ, Financial Times, CNBC, Forbes, and Harvard Business Review.
H.E. Ambassador M. P. Singh, IFS (Retd.), is a distinguished Indian diplomat with an extensive career in the Ministry of External Affairs, marked by deep expertise in protocol, international engagement, and diplomatic administration. Joining the IFS in 1985, he went on to become one of India’s longest-serving Protocol Officers, with the unique distinction of organising and managing visits of over 200 Heads of State and Government to India, while also contributing to the evolution of India’s official protocol and state hospitality frameworks.
His overseas assignments include key roles at Indian Missions in Havana, Bangkok, Toronto, Dubai, and London, where he handled consular, administrative, and community affairs, as well as high-level protocol responsibilities. He later served as Ambassador of India to Mongolia.
In New Delhi, he held the position of Director (Conference), overseeing major international summits and multilateral engagements, and chaired the Operations Committee of the Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra, reflecting his leadership in global diplomatic coordination.
David Dalka is a globally recognised CEO advisor, board strategist, and Chief Business Futurist with extensive experience guiding senior leadership through complex business, technology, and governance challenges. He is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Business Futurist at Fearless Revival, a global CEO and board advisory firm, where he counsels chief executives and leadership teams on strategic transformation, risk, and decision-making in an evolving digital landscape.

Professor Harsh V. Pant is a leading Indian scholar of international relations and strategic affairs, currently serving as Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), New Delhi. He is also Professor of International Relations at the King’s India Institute, King’s College London, and Director (Honorary) of the Delhi School of Transnational Affairs at Delhi University.
With an extensive academic and policy career, he has held visiting positions at premier institutions including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Banaras Hindu University, University of Pennsylvania, McGill University, and the University of Melbourne, and has been affiliated with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, DC.
A prolific author and commentator, Prof. Pant has written widely on global politics, Asian security, and Indian foreign policy, with publications from leading presses such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Routledge, and regular contributions to international media including The Wall Street Journal and The Japan Times.
Balaji Nagabhushan is a seasoned C-suite executive, governance expert, and strategic leader with over three decades of experience across finance, administration, and corporate governance. He serves as Group Chief Administrative Officer at Tristar Group, UAE, where he leads organisational strategy, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide policy implementation.
A Certified Independent Director, he works closely with boards on risk, compliance, ESG, and transformation initiatives. As Chairman of the ESG Committee at Tristar, he has played a key role in advancing sustainability and governance practices.
