Neerabh Kumar Prasad is former Chief Secretary Andhra Pradesh. He belonged to the IAS 1987 Batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. In his 38 years of service, he has had multi-disciplinary exposure across many departments and held many important assignments in Government of Andhra Pradesh dealing with industries, infrastructure, urban development, environment and climate change and tourism. He was involved with marquee projects like the Hi-Tech City Project, Outer Ring Road, and Clean Hussainsagar Project, PPP projects in Tourism and Road Sectors, Preparation of Hyderabad Master Plan 2013, AP Shore Management Project, updated Coastal Regulation Zone Plans and State Action Plan on Climate Change. He has worked in Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and was instrumental in formulation and enactment of Competition Act, 2002 and setting up of Competition Commission of India. He has been member in Corporate Governance Reform Committees. He was also instrumental in amendments in ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI Acts to bring in accountability and high corporate governance norms in the professional bodies. He has keen eyes for problem identification, analysis and out of box solutions. He is B. Tech from IIT Delhi, PGDM from IIM Bangalore and Masters in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1995 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Roorkee University, an M.Tech. in Building Science & Construction Management from IIT Delhi, and an M.Sc. in Public Management & Governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Currently, he serves as Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana for both the Industries & Commerce Department and the Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department, where he plays a leading role in shaping the state’s industrial growth, digital transformation, and investment policy.
Mr. P. R. Ramesh, former Chairman of Deloitte India, has over 40 years of experience in the profession. He has been involved in several regulatory bodies, including SEBI, RBI, and IRDA, contributing to financial regulations and standards. He has held leadership roles in organizations such as CII, FICCI, and the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry. A respected academic, he has lectured globally and co-authored a publication on financial reporting standards. He is also an expert on IFRS and currently serves as Chairman of the Insolvency Research Foundation, influencing corporate governance and financial practices.
Mr. V. Srinivasa Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, BT & BT Management Consultancy Private Limited, brings senior leadership experience from multi-billion-dollar global technology organizations. An investor, innovator, and Chief Digital Advisor & Consultant, he supports organizations in driving comprehensive digital transformation across business models, strategy maps, outcomes, products and services, experiences, workplaces, processes, operating models, and governance systems - powered by his Lean Digital Business Excellence (LDBEx) model.
Mr. Shujath Bin Ali is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over 23 years of experience. A Commerce and Law graduate with an LL.M. in Alternate Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Arbitration, he is currently Chief Legal Officer at Fourth Partner Energy Limited. Earlier, as Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Re Sustainability Limited, a KKR-backed company, he led legal, governance, risk, and compliance. He has also held senior roles at PAREXEL.
Mr. V. Srinivasulu, Director - Finance, Commercial & HRD, Telangana Transmission Corporation Limited (TGTRANSCO), is a senior public-sector professional with over 25 years of distinguished service across telecommunications and power utilities. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM Calcutta and an M.Sc. in Psychology, along with a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. Selected through the UPSC Civil Services Examination, he served as a Group ‘A’ officer in the Department of Telecommunications and BSNL, retiring as Senior General Manager. He later served as Director (Finance), APCPDCL.
Mr. Garimella Chandrasekhar Sarma, Director – Compliance, CtrlS Datacenters Limited, is a seasoned Information and Cyber Security professional with over 25 years of experience across cyber security auditing, privacy, technology risk management, cloud security, breach investigation, compliance, and incident response. He has conducted security and quality audits across India and internationally, serving sectors such as banking, technology, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. A respected industry leader, he is an invited speaker at forums including ISACA and DSCI, and is an ISB Executive Education alumnus in Leadership with AI.
Mr. Naresh Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer of Dynamatix Analytics Private Limited and a seasoned risk and governance leader with over 20 years of experience in Risk Advisory Services across India, the Middle East, and APAC, with global responsibilities. He specializes in ERM, technology-enabled audits, third-party risk management, compliance and regulatory reviews, SOX, and governance framework design, serving sectors such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and infrastructure. He has held senior leadership roles at EY, Grant Thornton, BDO, Genpact ERC, and Coromandel International, and is a strong advocate of resilient, future-ready governance under Mission 2030.
Dr. Hemachandran Kannan is the Director of the AI Research Centre, Vice Dean of the School of Business, and Area Chair of the Analytics Department at Woxsen University, Hyderabad. He is also a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of St. Thomas, USA, UNESCO Expert, European Commission Tech Advisor, AI 2030 Global Fellow, and ATL Mentor of Change. His work spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and autonomous robotics, with over 80 patents, multiple pioneering AI systems, and extensive industry–academia collaborations.
