The percentage of women out of the entire database is 18.9%. Among these Women Professionals,

• 90% have more than 10 Years’ Experience.
• 2% are/were Civil Servants.
• 6% are IIM graduates.
• 5% are/were professors at IITs/ IIMs/IISC.
• 2% are Graduates from Foreign Universities & Professional Associations (including Harvard, Cambridge, Cardiff and Yale ).
• 9% hold Doctorates.
• 4% are Chartered Accountants, 3% are Company Secretaries, and 3% are Cost Accountants.
• 5% are Lawyers and 1% are Medical Doctors.
• 30% are Engineers out of which 7% are from IITs, and 3% from BITS and 90% are from other renowned Institutions.

As per SEBI LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) & Companies Act, 2013 all listed companies shall have at least 1 Woman Director.
