IOD Announcement: IOD India Launches Masterclass for Directors in Dubai with IBPC
The Institute of Directors (IOD), India, announces the resounding success of its inaugural, exclusive ‘Masterclass for Directors’ conducted for the distinguished members of the Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC), Dubai.
This landmark event, held from September 18-20, 2025, marks a significant milestone in IOD's mission to advance corporate governance excellence globally. The programme brought together 27 eminent directors, senior executives, and entrepreneurs from IBPC's influential network, fostering a powerful community of board-ready leaders in the heart of the UAE.
IOD, India further extended a sincere appreciation to the Tristar Group - Mr. Eugene Mayne, Chairman & Group CEO and Mr. Balaji Nagabhushan, Group Chief Administrative Officer, for their kind support and steadfast commitment for making this event a reality.
Under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nahayan bin Mabarak Al Nahayan and the visionary leadership of H.E. Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Global Chairman - UAE & Gulf, IOD India, this initiative strengthens the vital bridge for professional collaboration between India and the UAE.
The Masterclass commenced with the welcome remarks by Mr. Manoj K. Raut, CEO, IOD India, who set the stage for this benchmark-setting programme. This was followed by a strategic address from Dr. Tayeb Kamali, who illuminated the critical role of governance in today's dynamic business landscape. IOD extended its profound gratitude to Mr. Siddharth Balachandran, Chairman of IBPC, and Mr. Skandan Mahalingam for their pivotal support and visionary partnership in shaping this programme.
