IOD News September 2025 - Institute of Directors (IOD), Mumbai Chairman presents a Letter of Gratitude to the SEBI Chairman
On the sidelines of the Board of Governors meeting of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) held at the SEBI Headquarters in Mumbai, Mr. Sitaram Kunte, IAS (Retd.), Former Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra & Chairman - Western Region, Institute of Directors (IOD), Mumbai, handed over a Letter of Gratitude from Mr. Manoj K. Raut, CEO & Secretary General of IOD to Mr. Tuhin Kant Pandey, IAS (Retd.), Chairman, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The letter conveyed appreciation for Mr. Pandey’s excellent and thought-provoking ‘Keynote Address’ delivered at the 35th Annual Directors’ Conclave of IOD, India, held in New Delhi. His insights on governance, transparency, and investor protection were widely acknowledged as timely and impactful, receiving strong coverage in the national media.
This gesture reaffirmed the Institute of Directors’ continued commitment to fostering dialogue with key regulatory bodies and thought leaders, while further strengthening the synergy between IOD and SEBI in advancing corporate governance standards across India.
