IOD Announcement: The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ladies Organisation (FICCI FLO) & Institute of Directors (IOD) signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ladies Organisation (FICCI FLO) and the Institute of Directors (IOD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) renewing their relationship and opening a new chapter of collaboration between the two organisations.
The MoU formalises and builds on a partnership that has grown steadily over the past five years. During this period, IOD has conducted over 10 batches of its popular Masterclass for Directors programme, designed especially for women leaders and entrepreneurs associated with FICCI FLO.
Together, the two organisations are committed to:
• Nurturing the next generation of women directors
• Strengthening diversity and the quality of decision-making
• Creating stronger, more inclusive and future-ready boards that will shape India's economic future
Marking the occasion, IOD's CEO & Secretary General said, "We are proud to share this mission. This is the beginning of a new era and a renewed partnership."
The MoU reflects a shared belief that diverse, well-prepared leadership is central to good governance, and that capable women leaders have a vital place in the boardrooms of tomorrow.
