Ms. Harshbeena Zaveri is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of NRB Bearings. Under her leadership, NRB established a premier R&D and Innovation Centre for next-generation friction solutions and was recognised by Forbes as one of Asia's Best 200 Companies under USD 1 billion. She has driven NRB's expansion into advanced design engineering, supplying global leaders such as Daimler, Audi, Volvo-Renault, Hyundai, and Honda, as well as major Indian OEMs. She has also led the company's international growth with subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, and Thailand. A Wellesley Scholar, she has been named among Fortune India's 50 Most Powerful Women, and actively contributes to industry bodies including the Indo-German Chamber, EU Chambers, and CII. She is also deeply committed to mentoring youth.
